Document Description
The Project consists of a Minor Design review to allow the construction of an approx. 2,519 square-foot addition for added automobile detailing services; a new, approx. 3,750 square foot building for added auto maintenance; and a new, approx. 1,325 square-foot building for added car wash services to be used exclusively by the existing Elk Grove Honda facility. The proposed project also includes modification to three existing landscape planters along Laguna Grove Drive for added vehicle display area. Additionally, there is a design review deviation to permit a 33 percent reduction for the consruction of a new landscape planter behind the new service buidlings.
