Document Description
The project consists of a Tentative Subdivision Map with Design Review for Subdivision layout to subdivide the exiting APN 132-0050-050 (+-19.81-acre parcel) and a small portion of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 132-0052-015 (approx. 6.534 sq ft or 0.15- acres) into 16 single-family residential lots, a new public street right of way, three landscape corridor lots, and a 15.4 acre parcel that will remain on APN 132-0050-050. A tree Removal Permits is required for the removal of thirteen trees due to on-site improvements.
