Document Description
The RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project consists of constructing a fire road near the Civic Center facility west of Big Horn Blvd., near Denali Circle to provide access to the Civic Center. The fire road will provide access for public safety vehicles and deliver and service trucks to the Civic Center facility. In addition, it will provide a secondary access point for emergency vehicles that require access into the facility. the project will permanently impact 0.05 acre of wetland habitat.
