The project consists of a Major Design Review and Minor Deviation for the Civic Center Aquatics Project. The Competitive Aquatics Facility is designed to meet USA Swimming's requirements for national events, and space has been designed to accommodate international facility with state-of-the-art equipment, and a thirty-foot sculptural dive tower, locker rooms, storage and meeting rooms. Amenities include adjacent parking, covered seating, scoreboard, sound system, concessions and ample restrooms.
