Earthquake Retrofit of the existing East Cliff Bridge to bring the structure up to current seismic safety standards. The project location is East Cliff Drive between Jessie Street and Buena Vista Street in the City and County of Santa Cruz. The California Department of Fish and Game is Executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1382 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Hank Myers, City of Santa Cruz Public Works Department.
