The project consists of the construction of a new access road from Flores Avenue northeast to County Road 99W. Specifically, the Project includes the construction of a 36-foot wide, paved two lane roadway from Flores Avenue at an intersection approximately 1,200 feet east of the centerline of Interstate 5 in a northeastern direction with a bridge crossing at Coyote Creek to either a new intersection with County Road 99W or the existing Wal Mart truck entrance at County Road.
