Document Description
The project consists of approval of negative declaration for the issuance of a Standardized Permit to operate a Hazardous Waste Facility at Allied Technology Group Inc., Lighting Waste Recycling Facility in Fremont, California to comply with the requirements of Title 22, Division 4.5, California Code of Regulations. The proposed Negative Declaration is made under the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, sections 21064 and 21068(c). The Department of Toxic Substances Control reviewed the Part A and Part B Applications and finds these documents satisfy the requirements of the above mentioned regulations.
