Document Description
Coastal Development Permit to maintain the drainage capacity in the coastal zone in the City of Arcata by removing sediment, herbaceous vegetation and debris that will be maintained with backhoe, others will be cleaned with hand tools only. All work will occur during the dry season to lessen impacts to aquatic resources. Work that involves cleaning culverts on creeks will be done by hand with a silt fence in place downstream for the duration of the work.
