Document Description
The proposed project consists of a request for a Use Permit to allow the construction of three (3) fully retractable private recreational piers, one for each of the three contiguous residential parcels in the AR-2(F) and DW-S zones, pursuant to SZC Section 235-147(h)(4). Note: The parcels were created in June of 1997. The proposed piers will measure a maximum of 6 feet wide by 60 feet long and will project a maximum of 40 feet into the bed of the slough.
