Document Description
Westwind Business Park proposes to fill 5.75 acres of seasonal wetlands in order to install building pads and parking lot surfaces to expand and complete the Westwind Business Park. The project will result in impacts to the State endangered Burke's goldfields (Lasthenia burkei), which is protected under the California Endangered Species Act, requiring issuance of a California Incidental Take Permit ("Permit").
