Document Description
The proposed project consists of reconstruction and overlay of the existing public parking lot; construction of landscaping and lighting in the parking lot and along the airport entrance roadway; addition of accent paving and the entry/exit and entry plaza; addition of new sidewalk adjacent to Freeport Boulevard with two handicap ramps; replacement of portions of sidewalk and new sidewalk around the parking lot; addition of water feature, a new airport sign, flagpoles and a transit bus stop shelter concrete pad; relocation of existing above ground utilities and extension of an existing box culvert. The project also includes demolition of two buildings, relocation of one building and construction within the Caltrans right-of-way where the project site intersects with Freeport Boulevard/Highway 160.
