Document Description
The project involves re-zoning the parcel from R-2 (Two Family Residential) to PQ (Public or Quasi-Public Use District). The project proponent proposes to build two structures: a school administration building and a pre-school facility. A separate driveway and lighted parking lot are proposed for each building, allowing access from South Street and West Street respectively.
