The project is a zone amendment, tentative parcel map and site plan review of 25.66 acres. The applicant is proposing a zone amendment from Open Space Twenty Acre District to Rural Residential Five Acre Disrtict in order to facilitate a subdivision of the property into four parcels. The parcel sizes range from five to nine acres. The entire parcel is within the State Route 49 "Scenic Corridor" and is adjancent to Gold Lake Road(County road). The proposed subdivision and site conditions are illustrated on the tentative parcel map (Exhibit B).
