The proposed project would be constructed on site, approximately five acres in size. The construction would include a standard CDF one-engine forest fire station, with a 2,330-square-foot barracks/mess hall; a 100 square foot gas and oil building; and a vehicle and fire hose wash facilities, vehicle fueling station, perimeter fencing, utility landscaping, and paving. The new facilities would provide room for up to 8 persons.
