Document Description
As part of a 5-lot subdivision, the operator proposes to install an 18 inch storm drain outfall pipe on the west bank of San Ramon Creek, at 1252 Danville Boulevard, in Alamo, Contra Costa County. The outfall structure proposed, a county CD50 using loose rock riprap (approximately 400 square feet), will be along the northern property boundary and will outfall on the upper bench, discharging on to the riprap. A bioengineered outfall design, avoiding work in the active channel shall be developed and submitted to the Department and the County for approval. The design shall utilize the upper bench to dissipate and filter the water as it sheet flows into the active channel. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 2000-1410 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator.
