Document Description
The proposed Hilmar Middle School will consist of grades 6 thorugh 8 on approximately 15 acres of land owned (since 1978) by the Hilmar Unified School District. The proposed middle school will provide for a total student population of about 600. The proposed project will include construction of a two-lane, two-way paved access road (from Geer Avenue to the proposed middle school); onsite paved roads and parking areas; playgrounds; cafeteria/auditorium building; one-story, concrete and wood-framed classroom buildings and office facilities; other school-related facilities (e.g., computer lab, administrative offices); clearing and landscaping; and infrastructure (e.g., sewer water) extension from the Hilmar school complex.
