This project proposes construction of a single-story addition to an existing 3-story, 146-room hotel located at 1250 Bayshore Highway. The proposal includes infilling between the existing hotel and the freestanding restaurant on the site. The converted and new square footage would be used to add an exercise room, meeting rooms, a banquet room, restrooms, and a 1,386 square feet lap pool/exercise area.
