Document Description
The Bakersfield City Center project necessitates the following approvals:
1) A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the construction of a multi-use stadium within M-1 (light Manufacturing) and CC (Commercial Center) zone districts, 2) A Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a multifamily residential project within an area partially zoned C-2 (Regional Commercial), 3) A zone modification to allow the construction of a three story building within an R-3 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone which has a maximum height of 2-1/2 stories or 35 feet, 4) An amendment to the Southeast Bakersfield Redevelopment Plan to give the Bakersfield Redevelopment.
