Document Description
The Project is proposed for a 97-acre site south of 90th Street between Prairie Avenue and Darby Park. The project would include a total of 1,999 units of for-sale residential units within a master-planned community. The residential units would include 2 and 3-story single-family dwelling unit structures in clusters of small lots, 3-story attached townhouses, and 3-story condominiums. The density of the project would range from low-medium (14 du/acre) for the single-family units, to medium (35 du/acre) for the condominiums. The housing types would be distributed nearly evenly throughout the project site in "neighborhood" areas. Parking for the single-family and townhouse units would be provided in garages for individual units. Parking for the condominiums would be primarily provided in two-level parking structures.
