Project school Site 3 is located in Planning Area 4A of the Ladera Ranch Planned Community. School Site 3 is situated in the Southeast corner of Sienna Parkway and O'Neal Drive. Planning Area 4A proposed to include maximum development of 598 residential units, one community park (consisting of 3 neighborhood parks), one community facility, and one public elementary school. The area directly north of the project school Site 3 is a planned community facility. The area south of the project site is an integrated neighborhood park. To the areas east and west of the school Site 3 are plannned residential developments.
Document Description
The Capistrano Unified School District (DUSD) proposes to develop one new public school within Planning Area 4A of the Ladera Ranch Planned Community. School site #3 will be constructed on 7 acres, with an adjacent 3-acre joint use park. the school will accommodate approximately 850 students in grades K-5.
