Project school Site 3 is located in Planning Area 4A of the Ladera Ranch Planned Community. School Site 3 is situated in the Southeast corner of Sienna Parkway and O'Neal Drive. Planning Area 4A proposed to include maximum development of 598 residential units, one community park (consisting of 3 neighborhood parks), one community facility, and one public elementary school. The area directly north of the project school Site 3 is a planned community facility. The area south of the project site is an integrated neighborhood park. To the areas east and west of the school Site 3 are plannned residential developments.
Document Description
The Capistrano Unified School District (DUSD) proposes to develop one new public school within Planning Area 4A of the Ladera Ranch Planned Community. Project school Site 3 will be constructed on 8 acres of site area, with 47,000 square feet of building area, which will accommodate grades kindergarten through fifth. The project site will consist of two kindergarten classrooms and 29 elementary classrooms to accommodate a total school capacity of 850 pupils.
