Document Description
Development of approximately 268,600 square feet of commercial space, inclusive of a 130,400 square foot (sq ft) Sam's Club. The project is to be constructed in two phases. Also included are: A Development Code Amendment and General Plan Amendment to permit development of drive-thru restaurants within the CR-3 land use district subject to a Conditional Use Permit, a Disposition and Development Agreement between the Developer, SBT Partners, LLC and the Redevelopment Agency, and the construction of the Harriman Place Extension Project.
