Also included are: A Development Code Amendment and General Plan Amendment to permit development of drive-thru restaurants within the CR-3 land use district subject to a Conditional Use Permit, a Disposition and Development Agreement between the Developer, SBT Partners, LLC and the Redevelopment Agency, and the construction of the Harriman Place Extension Project.
