Uses permitted in the CR-3 District include: corporate and commercial offices, retail commercial and entertainment, financial establishments, hotels/motels, warehouse/promotional retail, supporting retail and services, and similar uses which support regional needs.
Document Description
Implementation of the proposed project will result in the development of approximately 255,000 square feet of commercial space, within the CR-3 (Commercial Regional-Tri City/Club) District. The project site is located with a City of San Bernardino Redevelopment Area. Phase I will provide approximately 190,000 square feet of retail space, including structures for two major big-box retailers and four other building and 954 parking spaces. Rosewood and Laurelwood Drives, which traverse the project site from east to west, will be vacated. Harriman Place will be extended eastward across the project site, intersecting with Tippecanoe Avenue at the eastern boundary of the project site. Phase II will provide approximately 65,000 square feet of retail space and 355 parking spaces.
