NOTE: County not soliciting comments on the Addendum - FYI The proposed 4000 Workman Mill Road project will be the development of a master planned business park on a site of 70.76 acres. The project will consist of a five lot tract map (No. 53309) to accommodate approximately 1,602,570 square feet of warehouse type building area with parking area for 1,733 spaces. The proposed business park will be located at 4000 Workman Mill Road near the City of Industry but within an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County known as North Whittier. The project requests a General Plan amendment from Open Space to Industrial, a zone change from A-1-5 (Light Agricultural) and A-2-5 (Heavy Agricultural) to M-1-DP (Industrial) and a conditional use permit.
