Document Description
Redevelopment of an existing retail commercial center, including the relocation of existing tenants. Redevelopment of the project site includes a 130,630 square foot Home Depot and the relocation of an existing restaurant on a 5,000 square foot pad and an existing bank on a 4,037 square foot pad. The existing Home Depot located east of La Mirada Boulevard will be vacated concurrent with the opening of the new Home Depot as currently proposed. The project will also include the realignment of a portion of Telegraph Road which will necessitate the acquisition of rights-of-way and/or acquisition of up to 2 single-family hours.
