CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0082) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jack Robson, representing Encinitas Ranch, LLP. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within an unnamed drainage, tributary to the Pacific Ocean to accommodate the construction of 1,800 linear feet of Quail Gardens Drive as an augmented local roadway (two lanes) with storm drains, utilities, and landscaping within a 60 to 72 foot wide right-of-way impacting 0.708 acre of streambed.
