Document Description
The City of Fontana proposes the development of an industrial business park. The Project would cover approximately 247 acres and consists of industrial and commercial land uses. Industrial land uses would comprise approximately 237 acres, and a smaller commercial node located at the southwest corner of the site would comprise approximately 10 acres. The Project as proposed would provide up to approximately 4.7 million square feet of light industrial uses and up to approximately 100,000 square feet of commercial uses. Because significant infrastructure has been financed and assessed to the land, it is important that a viable project be developed at the subject site. The City of Fontana has initiated the actions described in the EIR to enable the development of a high quality, industrial business park.
