The proposed project would include the installtion of pipelines to transport water from each of the community's three water wells to the Districts standpipe water storage tank located on Richgrove Drive. Also involved will be the installation of valves, piping, tanks, electrical controls and other appurtenances at the well sites, storage tank and water distribution system.
