CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Santa Barbara, Public Works. The applicant proposes to replace a section of sewer line attached to a bridge over Arroyo Burro Creek at Cliff Drive and abandon in place a section suspended over the creek behind Rebecca Road.
