Document Description
Specific Plan No. 116, Amendment No. 3 is a proposed amendment to The Farm Specific Plan that amends Phases 9 and 17 and the unnumbered commericial phase to alter permitted lot sizes, reduce the area devoted to commercial uses and public facilities, and reconfigure open space areas, to provide for the development of the subject tentative tract map. Change of Zone No. 6437 proposes to change the zoning classifications of the subject property from R-T, R-R-20 and C-P-S, to R-1 and C-P-S.
