This action involves the approval to continue to transfer on an annual basis 10,000 acre feet per year of banked Lower Kern River water. Water to be pumped from the Agency's Pioneer Project either directly or by exchange and delivered back to the California Aqueduct either directly or by exchange via the Cross Valley Canal and/or the Kern Water Bank Canal. Recipient entity of transferred water will conduct separate CEQA to analyze local impacts.
