The current zone is A70 (Limited Agriculture) Use Regulation which requires a net minimum lot size of 1 acre. The provisional zone is RR2 (Rural Residential) Use Regulation, which requires a net minimum lot size of .5 acre lot size.
Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide 9.77 acres into 14 single-family residential lots. Each lot will be a minimum 1/2 acre in size and will utilize sewer and imported water. All lots will receive access from a proposed private road. The project includes the purchase of 9.28 acres of habitat in a County approved mitigation bank as mitigation for impacts to 8.73 acres of Coastal sage scrub, 0.06 acres of Southern Willow scrub and 0.98 acres of Non-native grassland. The project is located within the Metro-Lakeside-Jamul segment of the Multiple Species Conservation Program County Subarea Plan.
