The City of Porterville is proposing to develop the 103-acre site as a sports complex which will encompass a variety of uses, including a 4-wheel drive park, a motocross arena, a BMX track, softball fields (4), soccer fields (14), football fields (3), two parking lots (1342 parking stalls), restrooms, concession stands, passive play areas, a maintenance yard, a caretakers quarters, and scattered picnic areas.
