Acquisition of approximately five (5) acres of undeveloped property located on the south side of 7th Street approximately 903 feet west of Vineyard Avenue in the City of Ontario, County of San Bernardino, for the purpose of constructing and operating the proposed West End High School. The project consists of six (6) modular classrooms; restrooms facilities; administration building; multi-purpose building; food service area; a bus drop-off and parent drop-off; parking area for up to fifty (50) vehicles; a baseball field and paved play area; ulitily hook-up connections; refuse storage area; perimeter fencing; and outdoor lighting.
