Document Description
The proposed project would construct apartments and associated community facilities at the University of California, Irvine, to accommodate approximately 3,000 students. The proposed project would consist of apartments and support facilities of varied elevations, not to exceed four stories in height. The proposed project also will include on-site vehicular parking lots for residents and guests, bicycle parking and pathways, and outdoor landscaped areas. Additional improvements include the extension of Arroyo Drive from California Avenue along the western perimeter of the project site; a new entry road connecting Culver Drive to the extension of Arroyo Drive; off-site landscaping improvements; and off-site utility extension and storm drainage improvements.
