Document Description
The proposed Project would provide apartments, including community facilities, to accommodate approximately 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students at the University of California, Irvine. Additional improvements include the extension of Arroyo Drive from California Avenue along the western perimeter of the Project site; a new entry road connecting Culver Drive to the extension of Arroyo Drive; off-site landscape improvements; and off-site utility extensions and storm drainage improvements.
