Document Description
The Redevelopment Plan consists of three programs: 1) Development Assistance Program, under which the Redevelopment Agency would assist with land acquisition, site preparation, offsite utility installation, property disposition, relocation assistance, and hazardous materials remediation; 2) Public Projects Program, under which the Agency would assist in implementing various public projects, including major roadway projects and modifications to water, sewer and storm drain systems; and 3) Housing Program, under which the Agency would assist in the creation, preservation, and expansion of low and moderate income housing.
