The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the sale and transfer of 7,442 sq. ft. of potential land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to receiving parcel on which the landowner will construct a new post office building, parking area, walkways, and related facilities. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
