CDFG is executing SAA # R3-2000-0385 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jon Woessner / Mendocino Redwood Company. The applicant proposes to draft water from the Navarro River at 13 sites for the purpose of maintaining logging roads associated with an approved Timber Harvest Plan located on the Navarro River which is a tributary to the Pacific Ocean, in Mendocino County, Sections 7, 9, 14, 16, 25, and 36 of Township 25 North, Range 16 West, and Sections 18, 19, 31, and 32 of Township 15 North, Range 17 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
