1. The collection and transprotation will be conducted by qualified personnel, trained in hazardous waste management and all activities will be carefully regulated by variance conditions to assure against any environmental concerns; 2. The limited term of operation and rapid shipment of wastes offsite limit the potential for any risk of upset or accident; 3. These procedures have been used in past years under variance to collect hazardous waste without any adverse or residual environmental effects; and 4. Experienced contractor management will be present to respond to any unforeseeable upset or waste management incident.
