Project consists of installation of an above ground sewage treatment system adjacent to the El Moro Trailer Park in Crystal Cove SP. New system to replace leaking system within the trailer park. Project will entail grading and compacting an area for an asphalt pad, 5 to 50 feet of sewage line connections, and two new utility poles for electrical line extensions. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
