Applicant proposed temporary scour countermeasure for Round Hill Creek Bridge using rock slope protection (RSP) fabric and RSP. The RSP will be placed underneath the bridge and approximately 16 ft. from the upstream face and 5 ft. from the downstream face of the bridge.
