Document Description
Julie and Richard Hood propose to replace their existing retaining wall on Tulloch Reservoir with a pre-cast concrete retaining wall. The replacement wall will be built adjacent to the existing pressure-treated wood reataining wall. It will be approximately the same length (142 feet) and height (6-7 feet tall) as the existing wall and will use the same footings. The wall will help prevent erosion of the Hood property due to the existing unstable retaining wall.
