The project will trench across a seasonal stream in order to bury a new telephone conduit and cable. The conduit will be buried to a depth of 36 inches perpendicular to the stream. The width of the project area is approximately 20 feet. Minimum vegetation will be disturbed during construction and all work will be completed while the stream is dry
