Document Description
The applicant proposes to divert 175 cubic feet per second from Poso Creek, for an annual diversion of 15,000 acre feet and to divert an additional 10,000 afa to underground storage. The combined total annual diversion will be 25,000 afa. The water will be diverted through the existing Calloway Canal for irrigation and water spreading within a gross area of 370 acres. Water will be used within 22,000 acres comprising the District boundaries within T26S and T27S, R24E, MDB&M as shown on a map filed with the State Water Resources Control Board. The project is located in the vicinitiy of Wasco.
