Special Permit for the placement of approximately 2000 cubic yards of fill material prior to securing required permits. The applicants placed the non-engineered fill between January 1997 and October1997 in response to slope failure. The 0.98 acre parcel is developed with two single family residences, one of which is located approximately ten (10') feet from the slope failure. A non-engineered drainage system was installed during the placement of fill.
