Demolish existing barracks, apparatus room and recreation/storage building. Prepare preliminary plans and working drawings to construct a CDF standard 2,944+/- square foot 12 person barracks/messhall and a CDF standard 2 engine, 3 bays 1,999+/- square foot apparatus building, 150+/- square foot flammables storage building and 500+/- square foot battalion office. Site work includes demolition, grading, paving, and reconnecting existing utilities such as water, septic, phone, natural gas and electrical power. This site is owned in fee by the State.
