Area plan encompassing the northern portion of Lake County from the Mendocino County Line to an area immediately east of Bartlett Springs Road. The plan includes the Lake Pillsbury and Blue Lakes area as well as the unicorporated communities of Upper Lake and Nice. The purpose is to adopt the Upper Lake-Nice Area Plan which will be an update to the Lake County General Plan.
