Document Description
Development of a sawmill for the processing of hardwoods and some soft woods. The site is a non-working plywood mill site with existing mill buildings, storage yards, and offices. The majority of this milling operation will be conducted within the building, with a debarking area outside. The site is adjacent to an old mill pond, agricultural land, industrial uses, including a small redwood mill, and is approximately 1,000 feet from a residential development.
