Revision of an existing mining and reclamation plan for Lake Herman Quarry to extend the depth of an existing hard rock (basalt) quarry. The project includes the expansion of the overall operation to allow for the placement of approximately 2 million cubic yards of overburdened on a 63.1 acre site on the west side of Lake Herman Road.
